Detailed Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Engineer/ Masters in Computer Applications (MCA)

Technical Qualifications and Work Experience:

• 1 – 3 years of prior experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with SQL queries and RDBMS concepts
• Familiarity with Linux commands and networking concepts, hands-on experience with shell scripting or other scripting will be a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL Foundation

Skills Requirement:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional requirements:

• Should be flexible to work in either APAC (early morning) & EU (afternoon) shifts on rotation – Applicable for India hire
• Should be flexible to work as per the roster set in US (4 x 10 / 5 x 8) – Applicable for US hire
• Should be flexible to work on weekend as per scheduled roster – Applicable in all regions
